Privacy notice

Cafentity LLC processes the data in this registration to verify the identity of clients, suppliers and intermediaries, to prevent fraud and money laundering, and to formalise commercial transactions.

Data and documents are stored encrypted. Only authorised staff and providers that serve Cafentity LLC (hosting, email, automated document reading and sanctions screening) have access, and they may be in other countries.

We check the information against official registries and international sanctions lists. An automated tool helps read the documents; decisions are made by a person.

We keep the data for the duration of the business relationship and up to 5 years after the last decision, unless the law requires otherwise.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@cafentity.com.
